1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

In rare cases, processing delays may occur due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances. You will be informed via email in such cases.
3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Remote or restricted delivery areas may experience slightly longer timelines.

All deliveries are made through trusted third-party courier partners.
4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD): If enabled, COD charges (if any) will be mentioned during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

🔄 Return & Refund Policy
At Miraika, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we accept returns (no exchanges) under the conditions outlined below, in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

In its original packaging, with tags and invoice

Free from any damage or alterations

Note: Returns are not accepted for customized, engraved, or made-to-order products.
2. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days with next steps. Upon approval, we will arrange for return pickup or share return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping

For eligible returns due to damage, incorrect item, or quality issues, Miraika will bear the return shipping cost.

For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Once approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued to your provided bank account or via UPI.
Note: Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable.
5. No Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, you may initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
